I'd like to amend an order

Once an order has been placed with Homebase.ie and you have received your order confirmation, we are unable to amend the order or delivery.

If you want to add or remove products from your order, please contact our Customer Care team and we will attempt to cancel the original order, allowing you to complete a new order.

For unwanted items, if we’re unable to cancel your order, you can accept the delivery and then return the items to your local Wilko/The Range store for a refund.
